I’m extremely passionate about food and everything that embodies it. Working closely with individuals in the community & abroad brings me joy.

I started my first job in the industry at 15. I've found passion in Pennsylvania, the Hawaiian Islands, and many places in between. I've helped open restaurants, from Mom & Pop to fine dining. Through my experience, and with the help of many kind, talented people, I've gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Over 27 years in the food service industry has taught me that sharing and helping to create positive memories is the real occupation I’m in love with.
