Osso Bucco Seared lamb shank, braised with pancetta, mirepoix, red wine and fresh herbs. Served with gremolata sauce. Creamy Polenta Traditional, Italian-style cornmeal, simmered in chicken stock. Finished with cream, butter and fresh grated parmesan. Tiramisu Espresso dipped lady fingers, layered with delicately sweetened, whipped mascarpone and dusted with dark cocoa powder.
